Two-way flow (TWF) is another membrane technology for which we have developed a propriety system. It replaces many traditional separation methods used to conncentrate, separate and purify specific materials within a liquid matrix. Our technical advancements have produced TWF membrane modules to deliver high filtration precision and high recovery ratios whilst maintaining low energy consumption and reducing water throughput. TWF has been widely used in following fields:

·                                 A.Concentrating, removing or separating bacteria and active materials in bio-pharmaceutical industries

·                                 B. Concentrating fruit juices, clarifying tea beverages

·                                 C.Filtrating and refining liquids for traditional Chinese medicines

The two-way flow principal is based on cross flow filtration separation utilising an "inside-out" flow mechanism and allowing the inside of the hollow fibers to build up with pollutant / concentrate particles. Influent flow is then reversed at determined time intervals and the separation process repeated for the opposite end of the module, allowing further uninterrupted filtration. In due course the module has to be backwashed, to clear the particulates from both end zones of all fibers before the whole cycle can restart.
